TIM himself makes cerberus sketchy as F even if you ignore the other stuff theyve done. but to add to it, the experiments on Jack, the husks(??) from ME1 and more that ive missed. also, TIM wanting to keep the collector base. he said he wants to use the information they gain from the base to propel humanity to the forefront of the galaxy... SEEMS LEGIT!

TIM did order a hit on the suriviors of the Entire cell that did the experiment what I recall. In war, gathering intelligence is quite important.
