Customer Service: A positive thread

I would just like to post this as an offer of improvment for Bioware. Now this is a Xbox 360 heavy thread. Given for the reasons of Rto and bugs needing fixing within the 360 version.

What I am suggesting is that the same sort of threads be created for PS3 owners. The tech support for many has been hell (not
for me but from what others tell me), the lack of updates and/or
unclear information has caused a feeling of "second class" amongst the
ps3 owners in this community.

Now I do not beleive this was
the intent, but that is why I am making this friendly thread. We need
you to give us all the update possible and spend pages upon pages like
you have in the xbox 360 title update.

I'm not here to troll, flame, or whine. I
am simply offering a suggestion so that Bioware does not insult those
of us who love their games. We need the equal support without it, why
bother purchasing the products. We want them,
you want our money. So I say lets get the channels of communication
more open and the updates just as frequent as PC and 360. This will
help us feel valued and create a positive consumer/buisness
relationship.

Anyway that is my two cents. Thanks for reading
and hopefully we will see alot more satisfied PS3 owners. Remember its
not really the fact that RtO was fixed for PS3 after that bothers us.
It's that we feel jerked around. It's part of every companies job to
ensure good customer service.

So treat us right and we will keep the money coming. Thanks again, and I can't wait for RtO :)
