It's a Renegade option (unsurprisingly) when talking to to the two Asari "Geth Infiltrators" on the Citadel. Pretty sure they only show up after you complete Garrus' loyalty mission and grab the fake IDs that Fade was working on. They're sat on a corner couch on the "customs" level of the citadel.

Yeah, actually i got to talk to them after i did thane's sidequest, i guess you could do garrus' or thane to talk to them though, you can find them when you come out of c-sec, and go left. theyll be sitting on the couches before you go downstairs
