Bring Tali to the citadel lower level, its when the C-sec officer is investigating the quarian and volus about pickpocketing.  The 2nd squadmates all say different (often funny) things.

I'm actually just going by what Reaper said above. I really don't seem to remember who said that, but I do recall hearing it at some point in the game.

That actually has basis in reality. Seems that a US soft drink manufacturer  had a slogan that sounded OK in English, but whose Japanese translation of the slogan was exactly the same as the Tupari one. Took 'em a while to catch that one. I think it was "Coke adds life" or something like that.

That's one of the things that really endears me to this game. It's almost Firesign Theatre-like in the way it whizzes these obscure little cultural references past you. Having said that, I think I just dated myself.
