lol I loved that one as well, but I liked EDI's better when Joker mentioned crawling through the ship again:

Joker: "Argh, you want me to go crawling through the ducts again."
EDI: "I enjoy the sight of humans on their knees."

The entire conversation between Mordin and Shepard about sex, and using barriers to enhance sensitivity during intercourse.  Also, the whole bit with Mordin singing.

Shepard: "You're superiors are sending you to certain death, for no good reason.  You have a right to disobey."
Miranda: "We can ignore suicidal orders?  I didn't realize that."
Zaeed: "That's about twice a day, the best I can figure it."
Shepard: "Most of the time, I'm not being stupid about it."

Shepard: "I assume everthing is going well up here?"
Joker: "EDI and I are just enjoying the calm before the S***storm, commander."

Gotta love the Renegade dialogue in this game.

Shepard (during the conflict between Tali and Legion): "You can either fight at my side or get crushed under my heel! But you will *not*, stand in my way!"

Now peple may gripe about male Shep's voice actor but damn that was intimidating. I swear Tali and Legion were ****ing bricks.
