One of my favorites that hasn't been mentioned yet is towards the end of Tali's Loyalty mission.



"With all due respect, Admiral, I didn't help one of your people, I helped one of mine."



Considering the significance of Captains and their crew in Quarian culture, that one is pretty huge.



Tali brought the point home afterwards when you mention her father and how she deserved better, she responds with, "I got better, Shepard, I got you."



Just makes me wanna hug her.

On the Purgatory prison ship, when the prison guard demands that Sheppard's team hand over their weapons, when the Renagade option is chosen Sheppard responds: "I'll relinquish one bullet. Where would you like it?"  

That's one of my favorite lines of dialogue in the whole game! I love it.

Yeah, my Shep said that quote on my previous playthough, i loved it when i first heard it, definately one of the best lines in the game, thanks for reminding me, i'm going to have to do it again

Seriously, most of the stuff Joker says. The voice acting is hilarious when he says "What the s**t!" during the Collector attack, and when he talks about "plugging in the Overlord" ... during such a tense moment I actually laughed out loud.
