Been playing the game for a while, level 14 and logged on this morning to find that I cannot resume or load my game due to the fact that the downloaded content of dragon armor and stone prisoner are both suddenly unauthorised. Logging on to my profile from in game gives profile not found. Going through the website gives error 1005 unexpected files uploaded for this character. How do I fix it so as to continue playing. Reinstalling my free codes simply gives the message code already used!

If all your content shows correctly on the http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php page, the likely cause is problems with the Dragon Age Content Update service on your computer. See section 5 of this FAQ in the PC Tech Forum for help.
