I use to play Xbox... Then one day I decided i was bored of the whiney children and the lack of framerate so i decided to build myself a relatively cheap PC. I am satisfied. Im getting a PS3 and selling my Xbox I think. PS3 has exclusives I want and Microsoft tends to release its exclusives on PC. Even if its commonly a crappy console port. But thats not the point of this thread is it...

Admittedly, a benefit that the PS3 has is the Blu-ray disc as game media. A Blu-ray disc can fit ME and ME2 easily. So if exclusivity were to expire, that would be one easy way of allowing PS3 gamers to play through the saga as one Shep.

Hey know don't generalize the PS3 owners as a whole if I did that generalization I'd say the average 360 gamers are 11 from the vids on youtube.

I'd say most sites get many Droids because N4G has been overrun by them. When a site gets discovered through N4G PS3 fanboys visit and transmit their propaganda because they have the "while I'm here" mentality which would then lead some of them to migrate to one of those sites..

Actually the reason all these forums have issues is because people like you are chomping at the bit defend your little bridge so rabidly that you lash out at humor thinking it's genuine.

If all you damn "Bridge Defenders" would relax and think before you jump to rediculous conclusions there wouldn't be a problem.

Do like in Blues clues and Think think think.  Then respond.  That way you don't make yerself look stupid and cause even more drama.

I have no interest in saying which console is better, I have both and I love both for different reasons, none of which I will list here. I'm predominantly a 360 gamer and have that version of ME2 and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that PS3 gamers DEVERVE this game in any way shape or form.



I make no comment on the technicial or commercial side of things, that is way beyond me and I'm happy that way. As a gamer, however, I think everyone, regardless of the platform they own, should be able to experience this amazing adventure, along with ME1, and hope that they get to at some point in the future.



And so this thread has my support. Mass Effect is one of the best gaming experiences I've had, bar none and the more people that can see it for themselves the better.

Sure Blue Ray is ok, but luckily I can get one for 100 bucks now.  They are irrelevant to the topic of discussion.  PS3 is largely the same as Xbox360, except a PS3 can max out higher (look at Uncharted 2) and the Xbox 360 has a better online infrastructure.  PC has limitless potential, but things don't like to work as effeciently on them as you do wiht consoles.

Id be willing to bet that Mass Effect will eventually make its way to the PS3, however if it does id hope that it would be in the form of ports after the full trilogy was out in order avoid(or at least minimize)the inevitable fan-boy rampage over which version was better, which console was to blame for which fault, etc.

I can assure you that a decent gaming PC far outperfoms the 360 when playing ME2.  Loading screens are 1/10 as long, the HD actually looks HD instead of just High..., and the combat has ZERO studder no mattter how many enemies are on screen.  Even the UI and menus are more fluid where on the 360 they are slightly delayed and feel all clumbsy...

If you don't specifically have a gaming PC (real one not one the retard at best buy "says" is a gaming PC) then you really can't make valid comments about PC performance.

I didn't say it ran better than on PC.  I said ME 2 was optimized well on the Xbox 360, while ME 1 absolutely was not.

Also I build the PC's I use, I don't play on them that often anymore because I find a keyboard and mouse too damn uncomfortable and I am too lazy to purchase a joystick.

QFT, that and I dont have to worry about my PC melting sending it back for repairs only to repeat the process 3 months later.

No hope for this im afraid. in fact i wouldnt be surprised if someone from Bioware has looked at this and laughed. my whole thing is, you **** that you have to get it on PC....but if you paid enough money to get a PC that can play this you could have just got a 360....

No I thought he was talking about ME 1 and ME 1 runs like crap in comparison to ME 2.  He probably saw it on an unoptimized or older system and used that as a comparison.

Funny thing is I had a laptop that did in fact melt. Good times. (Motherboards in those POS are a pain in the ass).



Also my Xbox 360 has died once, not a big deal sending it back, but the next time will be a pain in the ass, and my PS3 locks up often. At least my DS and Wii haven't had problems, though my DS Lite is one of the token ones with a cracked hinge, good thing that is only cosmetic :/

I have seen very little to almost no PC vs 360 threads and very little posts doing that in random threads also and the game is on those platforms. It would at least make sense for those two systems to debate eachother but thankfully this has been a peaceful forum.

But then the Sony fanboys have to come in and try to start a console war on a forum for a game that their console does not even get.Go back to Gamespot or Gametrailer forums where the Sony fanboys already made those forums unbearable.
