It's only harassment if it's unwelcome. It's rediculously clear that Kelly welcomes your advances with open arms.
Anyway, I personally like Kelly for a multitude of reasons. She reminds me of a girl I was fond of, she's very loving and affectionate, you don't have to do a long and involved sidequest just to get her to talk to you... And most importantly of all, she's "normal." She's not a disgraced alliance soldier with grandaddy issues. She's not a genetically-engineered sexminx who walks around in Cerberus ****gear(patent pending.) She's not... Well, I'm not even going to get into how she's not Jack.
Basically, Shepard deserves a spot of normalcy in his/her otherwise insane life. And it doesn't hurt that I, at least, was left with the impression that Kelly joined the Normandy just because she knew Shep would be there.

Sure. Being hand-picked by Timmy doesn't really have a bearing on why she accepted the assignment though. Surely she could have refused. Maybe it's just me, but I get the impression that the main reason she joined up was so she could be near Shepard.

I don't hate her, but I think she is kind of creepy. She's got this weird energy thing going on. I get the feeling she wants to screw everything around, but not because she's horny. I can just see her saying "I wish to partake of the mystic energy of life" or some new age gibberish like that. I just ask about my mail and keep around six feet between us at all times.
