I was hopeing for something a little bit bigger and better than one piece of armor and a gun that cant even be customized for the first DLC. I personally was hopeing for more side missions or even a couple of purchaseable pieces of armour that can be custimized. What do u guys think???

Actually the shotgun is very nice. The armor is a piece of personal taste really. In all honesty though...it's free! We're being given a couple items someone worked hard to get to us, whether or not they're long lasting or not, it's the effort that went into them that I appreciate. As for larger dlc packs, they're apparently down the line. Hammerhead and Kasumi specifically.

The shotgun is awesome, especially if you play a Vanguard. By far the best shotgun in the game in my opinion. As to the armor, statistically its really good. I just wish they would do all the alternative armors as pieces as opposed to one set. I'd really like to use my Blood Dragon helmet with my N7 armor for example....it just feels kinda lazy done this way.

Yea its free but com on bioware shouldn't even have wasted its time with this crap ppl want something big or at least armor you can customize or even take the stupid helmet off. IDK id rather they actually try when it come to free stuff not crap they took 3 hours to put together.

Actually....havnt there been other dlc?  Like Zaaed, and the normandy crash site? 

However, I would much rather pay two or three bucks for a suit of armour that had pieces, those onesies are irritatingly free.

I wish I had the shotgun before I completed the main quest. It's range is almost perfect and has a decent fire rate.

I haven't played with it on a playthrough yet, but my Tali is very fond of the shotty. It seems to work well.

The stats on the shotgun are devastating, but the armor is the first that you can reconstruct the benefits perfectly with N7 Armor (and also the first where there's largely no point, as you can do a heck of a lot better in the leg slot than extra heavy weapon ammo). Still, two of the necessary items don't unlock until after the Collector ship.

It was free, if you'd have to pay for it, your complain might have been valid.

The armor and shotgun were ok (shotgun great!), but if BioWare expects me to pay for DLC armor it will have to be customizable (atleast helmet optional).

My only complaint is with the stats of the armour, if it was say, 20% to regular ammo instead of the seldom used heavy weapon ammo, then I'd be using it alot more.

I am playing my second play through and I am using my special armors more and the Cerberus I actually liked because you can still see the face when light hits I think thats pretty cool. The shotgun too me is pretty powerful and not too mention its free......we should be grateful that Bioware is even giving free stuff away.

ZMJ10 relax its not that serious for one and two my point is why are people complaining about the free stuff we get when it is free. I understand if we payed for DLC that was not worth the money THEN....ok complain but im saying we should be grateful we get anything free because we all know they could charge for everything if they really wanted too know matter how small the DLC. So before you start with your "fan boy" crap at least ask me or whoever else first what we meant before you go on a your little hissy fit. Also dont call me a "Fan boy" like im the only one because as far as I see you are def on this forum putting your two sense in also....

My vanguard really loves the new shotgun. ^^ The armor I don't really like but I've only liked the standard armor so far anyway.

I used the Cerberus armor for a while, and I think it's cool just for the ODST-esque visor. I don't like how it makes my Shepard look fat to me.



The Eviscerator on the other hand is a godsend. Giving the Eviscerator to every one of your teammates who can use shotguns makes them awesome at close-range combat (can't use it myself as an Infiltrator). Might have to replay as a Soldier or Vanguard just to have a chance to try it out myself.
