I would like a large debriefing room that would be able to fit the entire crew (non-party members included). I would also like a small security room where you can view screens to see various areas of the ship similar like the Ebon Hawk in KOTOR.

Heatsinks, batteries and medigel (i guess, logistics is obsolete in the future)... maybe a weapon for orbital bombardment (i would like to call an orbital strike in some tough enemies sometimes).

there is no need for SR-3. The SR-2 is fine. but it does need a lounge.

Dinner?  She offered to feed my fish after just talking to her after most missions.  I never had any dinner.  My Shepard never gets to eat

Damn Jacob is too busy making plans for being clumsy and loud.  Always spilling drinks everywhere, God.  Those little shoulderpads are actually very subtle moist towelette holders.

Because it's pointless to make a suggestion thread that could potentially make the game greater. What's next? Are you going to say that it's pointless to buy ME3, a game that would make sure that the Bioware employees still have jobs?

Wouldnt help much.

Look at ME2. Collector ship pops out of nowhere as Shep leaves in shuttle. The Thanix cannons are installed. Nothing happens other than people panicking and getting Collect-ed

There won't be. there's just no need from a story perspective. Besides, who will build it? Even if they did it ruins where Shep is in the narrative at this point. The Normandy is his. In many ways he truly is off the leash.
