I have the same name and login for the game as I use on this site.
I redeemed codes for the golem, memory band, and some wolf ring. They have not shown up in the download content within the game at all. I click the refresh points button and it shows nothing.

I tried to Re-redeem the codes and it says I cannot.

I have checked my inventory for the items just incase it might have already downloaded and it has not.

I have my firewalls turned off.

is there anything else I can do to get this stuff to show up?

there's also an option in the games options online tab to re download content, could try that too.
