Anora with a big belly :D

Except that in RtO they say she can't have children. And that's with Cailan, think about with a Grey Warden. The chances are like 2/100.

Except that it could be Cailan the one who can't have children.

It would be nice to be able to visit Highever as a city. We only ever saw the castle. It would also be nice to interact with Fergus again. Maybe we could have a side quest to help him clear out the last remnants of Howe's army.

This sounds good, but I doubt we'll be able to go anywhere (any other cities) besides Amaranthine.

I have been inspired , thanx Nhadalie. I shall write my own warden book until Awakenings comes back out. I'll change the time setting and use my own characters as companions.
Main
Eli - Main Blood Mage/Arcane Warrior
Companions
Rivas - Healer companion, takes Alistairs role morally good. Follow along from the start.
Darrian - City Elf, alot like Zev but more tactical morally good. Found in an Alienage fighting of escaped prisoners.
Shas'Vala Der-Hanen(Shas) - Dalish Elf, fast talking sneaky rouge, only wants the best for the Dalish. Doesnt care for much else. Found injured whilst travelling.
Farah - Mage who only uses spirit tier spells. Shy of others but protective and trustful of proven friends. Joins Eli when he returns to the circle to get assisstance. Will be a love interest i think. Morally good
Valena - Human noble. Will be changed so she is the noble of Dragons Peak. Noble and valourous so again morally good.
Tagar(dont know any Nevarran names) - Nevarran Hunter , stubborn and silent sten type. Morally dutiful
Tyra - Female rouge. Sly and unpredictable ends up being more trouble than shes worth. Morally self-centered.
Malakai - Special. Possessed by a demon but morally good. Struggles to control the demon though.

Others
Alistair
- Died of Taint
Wynne - Died of Age
Morrigan - Still in Hiding
Leliana - Settled down and started to compose music
Sten - Became an Ambassador in Par Vollen and diplomatically ended the Tevinter war (farfetched i know).
Oghren - Settled with Felsi permanently. Raising his child.
Zevran - Assassinated the Crow leader and has never been seen again
Dog - Following the Warden
Arl Teagan - Arl of Redcliffe
Bann Connor - Bann of Reinsfere (or whatever teagan was Bann of)
Harrowmont - Dead
Bhelen - King of Orzammar
Branka - Dead
Caridan - Commited Suicide
Werewolves - Reverted to Human
Genitivi - Spreads word about the Ashes
High Dragon - Dead
Flemeth - Dead
Irving - Died of Age after tower independance
Greigor - Died of Age after tower independance
Loghain - Still leading Fereldans armies ( yeah i spared him as the old warden but Alistair married Anora)
Anora - A widow queen with no kids yet

I believe we deal with Howe's lackeys while we are at Vigil's Keep.

I personally want to tell the people of Amaranthine how Howe was a Lying bastard he is !

Always glad to bounce ideas around. I doubt I'll ever even post the story on fanfiction.net. Much less anything else. I'd have to finish writing them first. And I have like.. 8 different stories bouncing around in my head.

I'm still not sure what I want Talia to specialize in. Spirit healer definitely. Possibly shapeshifter. But shapeshifter is pretty useless, so I won't actually use it in game for her.

Kendra is a bard/duelist. She learned to break open locks and such to break into her father's study. So she could read more about the Grey Wardens, and a lot of other books about wars and such. She's a bit two sided. On one hand, she's the proper witty noblewoman. On another hand, she loves fighting and planning strategies. The latter she keeps more.. Discreet. Considering pretty much all of her back story consists of her trying to convince her parents to let her learn how to fight.(Also why she ends up getting Dog, since her parents would prefer it if she didn't actually have to fight herself.)

I really wish you had more opportunities to show the fact that you are a noble. The only real opportunity I can think of it off hand in game is telling Anora you'll support her, then turning around at the Landsmeet and betraying her. I'm not even sure if she comments on it. I haven't done it yet.

I owe Howe's wife and son a blade in the chest. My character's morally good ... except when it comes to the man who killed his family.

Nhadalie i know the feeling am more disappointed about the mage origin story. you get nothing about you parents it kind of pissy me off. all the other origin do have some about their parents. so yeah writting about Talia is going to be very hard. i trying to do that with my mage, it just didn't fit well so i just stop writting.

I already decided on a background story for Talia actually. Her father was a carpenter in Highever. Her mother was the only child of two maleficarum, and she was orphaned when the templars killed her parents. She was then raised in the Chantry, and later met Talia's father. Talia's mother died when she was pretty young. When Talia was about 4 or 5, her father remarried. Her step brother stole a pendant from her that had belonged to her mother, and she set him on fire on accident. That's how she ended up getting sent to the Circle.

Whew. I hope that didn't turn out too confusing. I love figuring out backgrounds for characters. I'm planning on her meeting her step-brother again eventually in Origins. His name is Willem, and needless to say.. He's horrified by magic after that childhood experience. But her father is much more accepting of her. She and the pendant, which is of Andraste's sword of mercy, are the only things left from her mother. And she looks a lot like her mother.

Honestly, the only origin I was really disappointed with was the Dalish one. I loved it, I just felt like it deserved to be fleshed out a bit more. It fell kinda flat in comparison to the other origins. My avatar is of my Dalish character. Vaniel is.. Interesting. One of my few more neutral characters.

It would have been interesting if the mage origin PC was ta Cousland...just hear me out, you finaly leave the tower and the first piece of new is...your family was butcherd.

Also it would play well with Conner.

Either that or an apostate mage (still wished this was in the game)

The hell with an apostate mage. I want a Keeper apprentice origin damnit. A Dalish mage would be sooo interesting to play as.

Even if the mage origin PC was a Cousland at one point, it wouldn't matter. Mages give up all rights to titles when they join the Circle. They basically lose all contact with family too.

I wish the conversations with Irving supported the fact that the mage PC was his pupil. I can't imagine the First Enchanted takes many pupils. I wish they had expanded on that relationship. Cause I'm convinced that he's the closest to a father that Talia has beyond hunting down her real family.

Nhadalie have to say that is very good... did you have to use wynne style of set fire on accident. am sure you be more creative than that.

Well, fire is most commonly associated with anger. Ice would be more suitable with Talia though. But I'll have to think about that. It's easier to solve someone's clothing setting on fire than it is to solve freezing someone solid though.

Talia purposefully seeks out unusual ways to use her magic. She and her friends make it snow in an apprentice common room. Because none of the younger apprentices remember ever experiencing snow, beyond seeing it through the windows. Funniest scene to write ever. Especially when Greagoir gets informed by two templars about it.

That incident is my way of explaining how she ends up becoming Irving's pupil. It's also when she meets Cullen. Greagoir was introducing Cullen to his templar duties when he heard about it. (Talia is.. about 14 at this point, and Cullen is 15/16 ish.)

Back on topic. Uhh.. I wish Dog was always at my HNF's side. But that's what fanfiction is for, I suppose. :P

I'm reaching for that on topicness. It's difficult.

I'd just like to see Fergus again at some point in time even if it's at the end like in Origins.

Also i hope he's found a new wife who is pregnant with his child. And for those who married Anora/Alistair hopefully there will be another child in the making as well. Doesn't seem like it'll happen, but it would be ridulously amazing.

I'd actually be pretty weirded out if Fergus had already found a new wife and had a child on the way. It's only been six months since the end of Origins, and he can't have found out about his family's death until well after it happened. This would be way too soon.
Also, given another piece of information that's out there, if Fergus and the ruler of Fereldan both had children on the way, you'd really have to wonder what's in the water.

I think it'd take a bit longer than the beginning of Awakening for Fergus to find a new wife. I imagine that he wouldn't even start looking until shortly after the end of it. Though it would be nice to hear what happens to him at the end of Awakening.

Lol, snowiing in the tower. You can say something to Wynne as a mage at the very end part when Al becomes King that suggest Irving never had you as a pupil but was there like a father figure to you. I like to think my elf mage called a spirit when plague hit his Alienage. His mother died but the spirit healed everyone in the village. Then the Templars took him away at about age 11. Hes used to being caged as an elf so he doesnt exactly know that outside world like what Anders does

You may be right that it's a little soon by today's standards, but not necessarily during Fereldan times. With Fergus being the teryn he will probably want a son for an heir. Depending on how long it's been it's entirely possible that other nobles may be offering their daughters/granddaughters/nieces/whatever for when he's ready to take a new bride. And since when is it strange for there to be any given number of pregnancies at the same time?

If Fergus has a baby and a wife by now he must have got the woman pregnant before the end of origins(Image IPB). That or shes only just had it when you run into them.

I haven't gotten a mage character that far yet. Apparently the only characters I can play through the entire game on are HNFs. Because I've remade Kendra like.. 5 times.

I doubt Fergus would have a child by Awakening. Getting married in the epilogue of Awakening I can see happening however.

I'd also kinda like for my HNF to get pregnant around the epilogue of Awakening. But perhaps that's too much for some people. It'd be nice for Alistair to get an heir in game though.

That might happen. It would all depend on the time gap between Awakening and DA2

alistair having an heir is definatly something i'd like to see i just wish it was with my hfn after all he says its unheard of that doesnt mean it cant happen, though if it did you could guarentee that the child would end of evil or some bad side effects of the taint. But i think its wishful thinking for our wardens to have a child with alistair. Where as if you play as a male you can have a child :{ so unfair that men can and us poor women cant thats just sexist i think come on bioware show a little love for us females :{
