First of all, is there a search feature in this forum?  There used to be one when I was looking for stuff for Dragon age, but I can't find one now.

Ok so I have ME2 CE from steam and I just noticed that there is some new dlc available through Cerberus, but when I go to my down load page it does not show up.  All of my other DLC is there, such as Normandy crash site, Collector armor, blah blah.  

I know there are a ton of posts about activating Cerberus, but that is not my problem I have the open lap top and all other DLC loaded fine. Any one have any ideas before I clog up the EA support line?

It's not showing up on This Page? If not, try logging out of this site, then logging back in. I read in another thread that this worked for someone else.

I'm having the same problems. anyone have any other ideas?

I just logged out and then logged back in, didn't do anything. all my DLC is showing up, including the Cerberus stuff, except for this new shotgun and armor. hmm maybe I just have to call EA support.



Thanks for the search function by the way. Anyone know of a way to access without going through your sig?

Keeping a tab with it open, memorizing the address, putting the address in your bookmarks, or putting it in your own sig.

As to the topic at hand, close your browser and clear out your cache and try again.
