what kind of things do you think the alliance is up 2?  i noticed that on horizon everyone is suspicious of the alliance and of williams, and i noticed that when the collectors sent out the seeker swarms she was the first one to become paralyzed.  yet magically after you turn on the defense towers and the collectors bounce, there she is unharmed and deffinately not abducted.  I would think she would have been on e of the frist to be taken given her position and especially after it is confirmed that the collectors are lokking for you and people connected to you.  What are your ideas about this situation, possible reaper connection to ash in ME3?
