A moderator put a post up here yesterday with exactly what you had to do to get Kelly to dance. It couldn't be but a couple of pages back.

Don't know other ways, and maybe I just missed it first time around, but this popped up as a new message when I continued the game after winning. Once it's triggered, you can invite her up using the second console in the Captain's Room. There's two different dances. Probably the most overtly sexy thing in the game IMHO.
