Is there any kind of guide or roster of which characters will join your party and how/where to get them?
I finished Redcliffe Castle.

Wynne - Found at the Circle of Magi
Morrigan - Compulsory
Alistair - Compulsory
Zevran - Spare his life after he attacks you.
Dog - Compusory for Human Noble; found at Ostagar at the kennels for all others.
Sten - Found in a cage in Lothering.
Leliana - Found in the tavern at Lothering.
Oghren - Found in Orzammar, first in the Diamond quarter in an argument. You can find him in the tavern after the argument. When you are sent to find Branka, he will ask to come along.
Loghain - Spare him at the Landsmeet and force him to undergo the Joining.
Shale - Found at Honnleath. Go to the area that is highlighted gold marking it as a DLC location.
