i have noticed through most of my gameplay, that it will sometimes randomly load from a previous saved spot. when RESUMING, once it asked me to insert disc 1 to load a previous saved game. after dying, i try to continue, but it resarts the mission. very frustrating when playing on hardcore and at the start of mission, AUTOSAVE over my current mission. does this happen to anyone else??? or is my xbox taking a ****?
