What I find interesting having played ME2 and finished and going back through ME1 to start a different ME2 course with nice benefits is this. Soverign says to Shepherd while on Vermire "We are Legion". In ME2 while Shep is speaking with the Geth trying to come up with a name EDI suggest Legion which the Geth openly accepts and then that leads you to the Geth loyalty quest. I do not think Cerberus is behind or involved with The Repears however now seeing a much firmer connection between the Reapers and the Geth and both of them using and/or accepting the term Legion to describe their entity it seems rather clearer the Geth are not what they appear to be (as if they ever where). Now the real question seems to be which are the truth Geth? Are the Heretic Geth "true" Geth or are Geth who accept the term Legion true Geth?

Please reframe from using this post for theories and speculations, make your own thread. This is only to back up those said theories and speculations in other threads.

It's stated on the first page to not post your own theories and or speculations. Please reframe from doing this in the future in this post, again. I do not want this to be unsticky, I would like this to help people out.

it isn't a "theory" or "speculation" Soverign and Geth both refer/accept the term LEGION to describe their entity. That in and of itself opens up and whole new section of questions without answers.

On it actually, theres a lot of videos on TIM and I've been gathering them all but I've been looking threw the threads to pick which ones are more important, if you and or any others know of ones that are the most important they will be posted first. Shadow Broker on the other hand is talked to once in Mass Effect and briefly in Mass Effect 2. I think if I were to post links to the comics and or books I would get banned and this paged deleted lol. But I will add Illusive Man and Shadow Broker wiki links. If you know of anything else please ask.

Instead of names of the planets in other civilizations besides Proteans I think it would be better to have the name of the race and then then the name of the planet.

I was going to do this but on the mass effect wiki there are three race names with the same planet when I know for a fact that there on separate planets. I will once once it's resolved on the wiki or I can find another source.
