Having the above error whenever I try to start a New Game, I assume it has to do with the toolset as it only started happening after I used it, not sure what I did to cause it. Any ideas on a problem solver?

Leave your Program Files\\Dragon Age\\Modules\\Single Player folder alone. That is where your game is.
You probably did an export from the single player module the toolset. This would create some override files in your My Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age\\Modules\\ Single Player You can rename/remove the single player folder here, and the game should be fine.
What has likely happened is that you have done an export from the single player module in the toolset. This creates override files in My Documents, which take precedence over the ones in Program Files. If there is nothing there in My Documents, it goes back to looking in its regular place.

If you want to make a module that doesn't override stuff in Single Player, just make sure to name the module something other than Single Player and that should do it.
