Both ME1 and ME2 fubar'd on my clean Win7 install. All probs were solved when I re-installed and avoided surfing to hardware manufacturer sites for their latest drivers. Instead, I allowed Win7 to install its own drivers and finished driver updates using the online update feature in Control Panel\\Device Manager.
