I think it would be a dream come true! there hasn't been a good game based on this RPG line since the Genesis game which was awesome. But Bioware could really do something amazing with it. They could add multiple large cities like Seattle or NYC it would be and different mafia bosses and gang factions. It would be perfect

Let's see... game designers work for months, sometimes years to come up with a suitable GDD (game design document) that outlines the scope of the project, technical requirements, a business case, details on characters, stories, art direction, and pretty much everything you need to present to a developer.
I come in with "Hey, let's make a ShadowRun game!"
