So I got my 1015 gp, got all achievements after a week. but on my finale playthrough,I think I wanna kill off some morons like Jacob and perhaps Jack(havnt decied about her yet).
So how do I make sure Jacob dies on the finale mission, but just him?

Sending him through the vents is probably the easiest way. Or take him with you on the final part of the mission without doing his loyalty quest.

still him in the pipes (last mission). Only Tali and Legion will survive if you put them there.

Having him take care of the Vents is probably the most satisfying in your case, since he takes a Harbinger rocket to the face.

So they won't be around in ME3.

Why do some play The Sims? To play god with little virtual lives, that's why. It's fun!

It's fun to have different saves where different people live and die.

Forgot to mention, I was going to suggest sending him on escort with him not being loyal. But the vents would be more satisfying if you really don't like him.

The most satisfying way is this... On the final mission, when you have to form the biotic field to fend off the swarms, choose a weak biotic character, like Thane or Miranda. Do not choose Samara or Jack, they are too powerful. This way at the end of the scenario the field collapses and someone gets carried off by the swarm. To ensure that it is Jacob, don't do his loyalty mission, and make sure your third team member is loyal. The unloyal person will get carried off. It's great to hear them kick and scream as the collector swarm carries them off to be liquefied into goo. I did this to Jack.

If you already did Jacob's loyalty mission, then make sure the other party member is your love interest. I don't have scientific proof this will work 100% of the time, but it worked for me with Miranda (LI) and Jack (Loyal but still got carried off and cremated).

The vent would be easier, but you don't get to watch them die the horror movie death.

I've lost Legion on more than once doing that, and my renegade femShep lost Tali in the pipes.

Wanted to try this method just now, and i had Miranda as biotic then picked Thane (loyal) and Jacob (unloyal).

And who did the seeker swarm take? Thane!!...  So that theory just blew right up with unloyal crew!.=(

Someone once suggested that the person who gets taken depends on their position in your squad. I believe your second team member is the one that dies.

Thats not good news, i picked Thane first and Jacob second. But squad order wasnt like that, which makes it totally random. Argh.

Oh well, trying again. Whoever gets taken, gets taken. =d

Don't do his loyalty mission and have him escort the crew back to the Normandy.
