First of all, I'm sorry if this has question has been posted before. I couldn't find this though.
So I have redeemed all three dr pepper items and I successfully downloaded them to my xbox from Cerberus Network. Problem is that they don't appear in game. They're not in Shepard's armor locker even if I start a new game. The same problem doesn't occur with other dlc armor like Terminus Armor. Am I missing something or is this a bug?

I did this the very day I downloaded the content, after the downloads were completed. Although internet went down before I restarted the game so it wasn't connected to Live when I restarted it.

you got the download complete notification on the dash board correct.
I think you have to connect to the CN to activate the content as well
If that doesn't work just try re downloading them. press the logo button on the controller/go to the settings tab/ go down to account management/Download history the re download the content.

I got the notification if I remember anywhere near correct. Gotta try that re downloading. Thanks for the help, much appreciated.
