hiya all i have a question i entert my redeem codes but the wont show up at my download content it says that i need too refresh my wallet but i cant find a wallet plz help

what that means is you have to load into the game fully.. load up the downloadable content tab and click the refresh button next to your points... it that fails go to configuration on the welcome screen, load up repair and click clear download cache and then repeat by going back into the game... hope this helps

it dident help  there is nothing in my download content i have registratet the game and watcht what kind off content i hade and i got the content unlocked but not on the game

i have the same problem look i paid the full price so plz give the full content at least! wrote an email to the support they didnt even answer

Have you checked that all your redeemed promo items/DLC are listed under Your registered game promotions?

Have you tried any of the possible solutions in the Redeemed DLC Unofficial Troubleshooting and FAQ (PC Only) thread?

Run the game as Administrator (Vista and Windows 7) and check the firewall setting.
