i think i know the answer and i am not sure if it would even work, would it work if u logged into someones account and downloaded somehing they had so u could use it like one of the pre-order items? if so would someone be kind and let me get the collecter stuff? i am sure some one might get on to me for asking but i never does hurt to ask i think

You could download the file and even install it, but without a valid CE key added to your bioware/EA account the DLC won't be activated when you log into the cerberus network, so you won't be able to use it.

ah ok i did not think that would work i was thinking they would do something like that i really want that armor but when i went to pre-order no one had any of the colloter ones left i was so ticked wsa kinda open it would work but i guess i am sol they should have more copys at the start so more people can pre-order them the gamestops near me sold out very fast so there was no way to get i dont shop online at all,
