I don't think you can, you have to write it out with a brush.

The fifth icon on the right side column should be the Text one, it's a capital A.

Yeah, can't really make them look super hardcore in mspaint. I tried but they ended up with bubble eyes and pouty lips.

Great thread btw. I would love to draw one up but im a leftie and i use a mouse right handed. So drawing something in paint would look like my 10 month old son did it. Not quite ambidextrious enough to pull it off.
