So I'm playing the digital deluxe edition of Mass Effect 2, fumbling around here and there I stumbled on a rather weird problem.

I'm going for my second (second) run through of the game,
I unlocked every single upgrade, weapon, piece of armor etc. the game has to offer and I'm playing on insanity (Harder than first run.)

I have little problem apart from the obvious overpowered insta-kill attacks of half the enemies I run into.

Though, now, when I use a LOYALTY POWER, like Arch Angel's AP rounds, the game glitches out and just keeps randomly switching ammo types to where I just go 'wtf?' and die for the thirtieth time in a row because the bloody gun won't fire.


What do I do?
Or better yet, what did I do wrong?


EDIT:

Figured out this might have something to do with team ammo powers... but my team doesn't have team ammo powers...

EDIT 2:
I managed to find a hex editor and find the source of this problem.
Apparently, Zaeed did have a 'Squad' ammo power, but it was named as 'heavy'  in the scroll bar...
...weird...
