Nope. You can only have straight romances in ME2.

Female: Jacob, Thane, Garrus

Male: Miranda, Jack, Tali

And you can have a fling with Kelly Chambers too, but it doesn't give you the Paramour achievement and I'm not sure whether it's considered a true romance.

Unfortunately not. The only female character that FemShep can romance is Kelly Chambers, and it isn't a fully developed romance subplot. If you think that isn't enough, add your voice to the Gay Shepard thread in the main forum.

Only if there was a relationship between liara and a female shepard in MS1.
After the Shadow Broker Mission you can take her to your Captains Quarter and throw her into the sheets.

Jack is heterosexual.  She explicitely states she doesn't swing that way.

A female Shepard can also have a romantic-relationship with Morinth; during Samara's loyalty-mission, you need to kill Samara instead of Morinth (Renegade option). The results of the Shepard/Morinth love-play are profound!
