Think about it, She went from being a bard to the chantry..? Not without reason....
Yes Marjolin hunted her but maybe it wasnt for the reasons she said.
In the temple at the Urn of Sacred Ashes the guy says she was lying and that the maker never came to her in a dream.
I think Leliana is going to betray you and perhaps that is why you 'Happy ever after' ends wth her at the veryend (if you romanced her.)
Any thoughts?

Hopefully she won't betray my Wardens who loved her, that would be pretty sad and put the Morrigan ending to shame for tragedy (would be good drama though, and open the way to some possible elven romance, if it hasn't been banned yet, don't listen to Maria Bioware :-))

The second is why weren't you dispatched in the dozens of opportunities she had through your journeys. If this was some insidious plot and your demise was the main objective why wait a year or two when there were plenty of opportunities to begin with. You stopping the Blight was a stretch to begin with so I'm not sure why that would be taken into consideration.

But I see Marjolaine returning to kill her, the game dialogue puts the kill Marjolaine options bottom of the list. Theres our cameo in the vein of BG2 cameos.. Its not funny, dont do that.
Another cop-out would be.
She tries to become a Grey warden and... fails.

I say it's possible. After all Marjolain warns you about her possible betrayal. She's a bard, a seducer and could play the naive sort just for her third goals. But, I don't think so...
Would you really see the forum to explode ?? This will be much more worse than what someone said in another topic... In this case you may bet whatever you want the forum will be really full of very very very angry people...

It's true! I still remember the cries of pain when she waded into the Cullen fangirls.
And all those stories Leliana tells?
"Here's a happy tale about the first female knight. She gets her throat slit!"
"Here's a story about a man and woman who love one another. They both die! It's been hundreds of years and their souls are still desperately trying to touch one another again.. and failing!"
"Here's a story about the Maker's Bride. Her husband betrays her and she ends up roasting like a suckling pig until someone stabs her in the heart. Whenever I'm feeling down, I like to think of this and my faith is renewed."
I honestly wanted to ask her if she knew *any* happy stories. She’d probably look confused and tell me those were the happy stories. Her others are much more depressing.

Just as Zevran never made into your party,Shale is rubble near the Anvil,Wynne died in the Circle tower and Alistair was executed.
See.. Problem solved for Bioware.

Ah yes, the anguished screams of Cullen fangirls warm my heart even now. I was completely dumbfounded when I found out that he had a huge following, and that was without even playing as a female mage.
I think that whole thing with the agonizingly painful love stories that Leliana tells is part of her appeal for some people. She's an optimist and an idealist despite the fact that she knows how terrible the world can be.
I don't see a lot of the romance sidequests ending pleasantly. I think that the Morrigan romance is setting itself up for a tragic arc. Just like everybody else, she wants love, but her goals (whatever they are) are so important, that she knows it can never be.

I have little respect for tragedy anymore. It has been corrupted as a cop out for cheap drama,

On the more general topic: While it would have been a reasonable concern for the PC during the game, maintaining it afterwards does seem to be a bit paranoid. Consider that by the end of the game most if not all of the usual suspects for her employer are...resolved in some manner, if she does have some ulterior motive, she's playing a very long game.
