Maybe this info is out there already, but I had a hard time figuring it out (and couldn't find it when I googled), so I thought I'd share.
For those of you interested in using the toolset to edit your savegames, you may have noticed that you can make yourself 'custom weapons' by adding a variety of properties to whatever equipment you happen to have. For example, you can add 5 nature damage to an equipped dagger by opening the savegame, navigating to the equipped dagger, and adding an INT32 to "ITEM_PROPERTIES" with the value "4000" (the code for +nature damage), and an INT32 to "ITEM_PROPERTY_POWERS" with the value "5" (the number of damage to be added).
Anyways, the part that I finally figured out is that there is a file that is part of the game (or just part of the toolset?) that is called "itemprps.xls", that has a list of all the item property codes and what they do. For example, 1505 is labelled as chance to ignite target, although I haven't tried it out yet. So if you're trying to mess with your save file for a good time, try searching for that file first.
