I am having trouble with gaining loyalty from both Jack and Miranda after their fight. I have max paragon and I am not given the option to take the neutral stance to break up their fight. Even if i choose to pick sides, I am not able to go back to them and the paragon option never comes up as available regardless of who i choose.
Is there anything else I need to do or is this a bug? I can get either one of their loyalties but not both. This is only a problem with Jack/Miranda and not for Tali and Legion.

Yeah, I have this problem, too. On my first playthrough on normal I was able to get the dialogue choice (with 3/4 paragon at least) and on my second playthrough on veteran (and I'm pretty certain I had more paragon that time) I couldn't choose it.

This is not a bug.the miranda and jack fight is a very hard paragon persuade, and the legion, tali fight is a very hard renegade. These are some of the toughest persuades in the game, not everyone's going to be able to do it.
