I was wondering if anyone knew how Tech Armor interacts with other shield boosting abilities like Barrier. Saying I choose Barrier as my bonus power, if I activate Tech Armor, and then activate Barrier, will the effects of the two abilities stack?

By the same measure, I was wondering how the power damage increases from class skills interact with some abilites. Let's say I choose a Soldeir, and I upgrade the class skill to rank 4. I choose Commando, providing a 15 percent boost to power damage. Does this apply to Ammo powers as well? Will my Incendiary Ammunition be more effective as a result?
