[Sentient Being]

So I am playing on insanity, and doing the Samara recruitment quest. I got to the end, killed all the enemies and all I had to do was collect the data pad to end the mission.

Well There was a toxic cloud from a canister that had exploded and was covering that area. I go over to it, collect it, mission ends, awsome. Then during the loading screen my controller starts to vibrate super fast and when the loading stops I am flying around the backdrop of the city dead lol.

So I guess the cloud killed me during the loading screen?
