They each have a different flavor, so it's sort of tough to be objective since different scenes appeal to different tastes.

I like the ME1 scenes better. Artfully done and very natural feeling. And it felt more realistic. I liked some of the ME2 ones, but I prefer ME1...plus you can't go wrong with tastefully revealed beautiful side breast and booty. Sigh. I miss Ash.

I too prefer Kaidan's from ME1, but I really like Garrus and Tali's in ME2.

This is kind of hard... Tali's scene is more sweet, Thane's was the most "romantic" if you ask me, Jacob is typical black guy porno, Jack is incredibly romantic.



I guess I'll say Morinth since I know that one always makes me laugh, knowing there were people who actually thought "Hey I wouldn't die from this! Bioware wouldn't do that to me".

I would have to say any of the Mass Effect 1 scenes. I wasn't a big fan of Liara's and still thought it was better than the ME2 scenes. Personal opinion though.

Definitely Ash's from ME1, followed by Liara's. I loved the dialogue, and the "morning after" parts could be pretty funny. Jack's is my favorite for ME2.

I think the almost kiss scene w/samara carries more emotional weight than all the actual sex scenes

The ME ones were all the same with different skins. maybe a little extra but not much else. Everyone of the ME2 ones are very touching and emotional.
