Who could play Zaeed in a movie?
Ron Pearlman?

Zaeed can't be contained in one movie. He's only referenced in the background, a force of nature feared throughout the Terminus Systems. That seed of a thought in the back of every moviegoers mind where they can't remember anything else about the plot of the movie other than "who is this Zaeed?"

Hey, true there'd be no storyline really, but we've already got Mr. John Nettles to play Zaeed! Nah, it probably wouldn't go that well, but it's a neat concept.

I don't see how it wouldn't work as a movie. You don't need to call it "Mass Effect: Zaeed...", just give it a clever title people would be interested in. There is plenty of story to go around, starting from his days in the Alliance, to his early days starting the Blue Suns, to his betrayal, to his hunt for Vido, until his meeting with Shepherd. If someone from Bioware writes up a more complete backstory for the purpose of a movie, how would that not sound like a super awesome Sci-Fi film.
That or give the character his own game in that same time span.

There already is a game about Zaeed. It's called Doom 3.

Nah, the movie idea seems cool, but really, I don't see it as going all that well. Zaeed, though he is a badass, is only a minor character in the Mass Effect series (at least until this thread makes him a major character), so not everybody would appreciate the movie. Rather, a Mass Effect movie should be made (and luckily one is supposedly on the way), with Zaeed as a big character in it. Also, as I said before, I'll definitely support a Zaeed spinoff game.

What's up fellow Zaeed fans. I have a thread and a poll you guys may find interesting all dealing with Zaeed's loyalty mission.

An interesting poll. I voted to kill Vido because he needs to die. It's a fact that he's an evil backstabber. Those people in the refinery are merely a footnote on the list of Vido-related deaths. He runs the murderous Blue Suns, after all. A little sacrifice is fine to take that guy out.

Page 3 is unacceptable for Zaeed's badassery. And the poll is biased, there is no "They should burn because Zaeed says so" option.

Just wanted to point you guys to this thread, sorry if someone else already posted. Credit for the find goes to zug40k, not me. Much better likeness than John Nettles I think:

It still severely disappointed me that him, along with Miranda and Legion died on my first playthrough while being my favorite character. He was even loyal - but oh well.

Zaeed should have an epic cutscene in ME3 where he saves the squad with Jessie.

I really liked Zaeed. I played through ME2 on someone else's game first, so I couldn't get him until I bought it myself, and now I use him a lot. His comments are amusing, he sort of reminds me of an older, British Jayne Cobb (from Firefly).
