Zaeed's my Boy - OFFICIAL THREAD OF AWESOME!

I'd be content to hang with Zaeed in Afterlife...if shooting started and we had to fight our way out, just me and him. Yeah, I'm there :-p That would be cool. Would prefer him to be in my party, but I also realized something kinda like Liara in Shadow Broker would be nice, too, as long as it was epic ;-)
(and apologies for any spelling mistakes and sentences that make no sense...haven't been feeling right since Sunday...on some anti-biotics...hope they help)

I have 3 playthroughs with him alive, one I still need to do were I.. leave him behind.
What are the chances that Zaeed survives the explosion and hunts you down with his own band of mercenaries in ME3? That'd be a riot.

I'd actually leave him behind for that (at least I know I'd get an epic fight!). And I've always had doubts that fire could kill him (I've watched vids of that ending on YT).

I had to stop lurking and stop by this
thread - Zaeed's just that awesome! [b]I always say I'm going to use
someone else in team whenever I go through the game again, but it never
happens]/b]. He's always along for the ride. It's just never as entertaining
without him!
He ends up in almost every mission with me (even when I do the same, "Oh, I'll take someone else..."). If I leave him on the ship, it's so he can relax and have a few beers :-p (and I don't take him on Thane's loyalty mission...I really don't think he wants to hang out in C-Sec for a bit, so instead I take Kasumi :-p ).
Lately, I've been terribly sick with something (might be a sinus infection, so I'm on some anti-biotics for it). The other night, I was having a terrible time with my sleeping. When I finally did get to bed, I had this really weird dream where I got this guide for some weird Mass Effect game that reminded me of a Final Fantasy game (note to anyone reading: DO NOT WANT). Anyways, this guide played music as you turned the pages and one of the songs had Zaeed...singing. O_O I didn't realize my being sick made me that dellusional :-p

Whoa you can't just stop there! What the hell was he singing?! I'm guessing 'Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds' or 'I've Got You Under My Skin'. Hmm, I don't know why I picked them, all I'm seeing is Zaeed picking those two songs on the Normandy's karaoke night.Spruebox wrote...

I could just imagine playing ME3 and running into Zaeed half way through the game and him being a billionaire entrepreneur, the head of a brand new mercenary company and being all, "Shepard, I was just waxing goddamn nostalgic!" then showing you around his new mansion/merc base and then sending some of his men to help you on a mission all the while downing glasses of some expensive whiskey

And bah, he popped up in my dreams again. I can barely remember it, but it took place in a mall, he was wearing different clothing (which I can't specifically remember), and somehow in the dream, hearing his voice confirmed him for something in ME3. That was...Saturday (I almost died in that dream, too...was choking on something and a guy I know rescued me and then we...got on a boat...I'm having some pretty weird dreams while on these meds...). There was no Zaeed singing in that dream, though hopefully if that ever happens again, I'll actually remember the dang song :-p

@Mercury: I could see Zaeed having his own billionaire mansion, obviously got that from his credits from Cerberus
Haha, Spruebox, you're definitely having some weird dreams, I can relate: A few nights ago I had a dream I was doing some investigations for The Illusive Man, I had no idea what I was looking for but I ended up at a old folks home/cemetery looking at all the really old gravestones. Eventually I found one with a note and a small elephant keyring and took it. Next thing I knew there was bullets flying towards the care home and I was met by Zaeed and Roark Critchlow (from the TV show V) telling us to leave the premises as soon as possible... And you think your dreams are weird!

I mean, the last time he did that he ended up with a hole in his head! I think he'd stick with going solo, I could even see our new Shadow Broker hiring him for some missions. I think that would be cool in ME3, bumping into Zaeed through Liara!
You know how people talk about him taking over the Blue Suns? I don't really seeing that happening, either (I also don't think he'd make another merc company, like you were saying).
-Obviously, like you said, it didn't work out for him very well the first time (and Zaeed is, despite how much I like him, not really the leader type).
-I highly doubt the Batarians would want someone who's been anti-Batarian (and may still be) in charge of the Suns (especially since some of the backers for the company are Batarian and the public second-in-command is a Batarian).
-The Suns obviously don't like Zaeed, since they put a bounty out on him (not sure if the SB's file actually mention this, but bring Zaeed to fight him and the ugly mug's comment toward our fav merc will be about it...).
-Vido wiped Zaeed out of the records, so his co-founder status is not common knowledge. Why would the Suns accept him just because he managed to kill Vido (the bounty may or may not be a response to that killing as well...too many variables to really know). I doubt he'd have many followers still in the company.
Though I'm sure there are people who can see it the other way (why he would be able to take over the Suns). I'd like to see those reasons, since I can't think of them right now

Hey thanks! You just made me feel better about my dreams :-p

I think this is Zaeed's favorite song.
Why is that so catchy? *must. stop. listening.* :-p I see why you picked it, though

Not many people can do that and not end up dead, lol. Though I've only seen that scene once I think (I always kill the factory workers...I prefer helping Z kill Vido :-p ).
Think I've posted enough, but my own image. What Zaeed looks like wearing Tech Armor:

Feel the same way man my bro squad wouldn't be the same if I don't have this goddamn guy on my team again!

It's not done very well, but eh. Not bad for around 10 mins of "work."
I tried (and I use that term loosely) to give a sort of paprazzi feel. Ie. one of those celebrity shots magazines love where the person gets out of a car and whatnot.
