Does anyone know why Avernus will not start eh Final Battle in the Warden's Keep.  I am stuck there.  The Plot arrow appears on his head, but I cannot select him to start that part of the quest. I have left and come back, and the dialogue starts again.  AHHHH!  It is aggrevating.

Some people have had success changing to Windowed mode to get past this point.
