I'm on my second playthrough, just waiting for the next DLC's to come out and make a master save once they do.
I was just wondering what the crew's survivability threshold is after you activate the IFF and they get captured? I've already played it with all survivors but I wanted to bring Legion on Tali's loyalty mission for kicks. Can I still do this without costing any crewmates?

Yes you can bring Legion on Tali's loyalty mission.
However when you do the Quarians immediately get pissed off and you can make a Paragon/Renegade check to let you keep Legion in your squad for the rest of the mission. If you fail to make the check Legion returns to the Normandy.
As for the crew's survivability. Doing ANY missions after they are captured results in death.
