Just got the game and am trying to sign in to the Dragon Age Servers to redeem my pre-order items...
On the main screen I press "Y" to sign in. Keep getting a temporarily unavailable message. Been at it for about half an hour now...
Can anyone shed some light on the situation? Is there something i need to set up on this social site first to link my gamertag to this ID? I have registered the game online already but didn't see a place to link it to a gamertag.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I think I've got the same problem, and for a couple of days now.
When you join the EA Social site, if you use the same email as your XBL account that is enough to link them.
I'm accessing from Japan, which at first I thought might be the problem.
But now - after reading all the problems people are having with the DLC - it's possible they have stopped DLC access until everything is smoothed out. At least, that's what I hope

Thanks for the reply and that certainly makes sense. But you would think if it was a systematic issue with the servers thats been going on for a couple days as you said, there would be a sticky or something explaining the situation.
As it stands now, I'm probably contributing to the problem by constantly attempting to log in...lol

I'm experiencing the same error and my guess is that they need additional servers. I only get the error in the evening, if I try to log in in the morning, it connects first try. It's annoying though as I'd really like to download some DLC but I can't since I can't login to the servers.
Question: does anyone know if we can enter codes remotely via the Redeem Code marketplace.xbox.com page?

I had this problem, same error message, and then my dlc appeared. Both codes worked, but now it is not wanting to link this email to my xbox live (same email). Is this commen? I think the online sharing sounds pretty cool, would like to see it working
