I've had Octopus, and Eel sushi. Vietnamese Pho with tendons, deer ribs, BBQ rabbit, shark, swordfish, calamari to name a few. I love exotic foods.

Cow's brain, love sushi and octopus, have had grasshoppers and crickets-not a bad taste per say, but ugh it's so crunchy and you get pieces stuff in your teeth, worst than popcorn

Baklava and swordfish are not exotic or strange.I would have to agree with cow's brains.I would say tongue but I eat it on a regular basis and its extremly good.Like filet'mignon in a way

In Spain it´s called "lengua escarlata". Since Mexicans also make "chorizo", maybe any other Latin American people also makes it too.
