I neglected to have multiple saves, so when I destroyed the anvil and had the Paragon of old craft me a crown, I instant-transported to the Assembly through Ohgren. I then did the whole crowning sequence, making Harrowmont the king of Orzammar. After the whole fight with Bhelen and his loyal Deshyrs, it glitched. Harrowmont despawned, so I can't talk to him, and every time I talk to the herald it re-initiates the cutscene with a headless Bhelen, although I don't have to fight him or the Deshyrs again. Luckily I had a save before I did this and I went and did the elven quests, but this is irrelevant.
