I do NOT support a Samara romance. It's nice that there is a female-ish person in the universe who isn't hot for Shepard. This isn't 1960s Star Trek.

I disagree with this.

I think the only way a romance with Samara could possibly be tasteful is if it was something subtle and barely noticeable. Frankly, I don't want Bioware taking a crack at something like that when they have so much other stuff to deal with for ME3.

So to cater for every random LI demand ME3 will not feature any combat or exploration it will just be one big simmed dating game show where Shepard asks a series of questions to determine just who of the 100s of options he/she would like to get down to baby making with.

Maybe this is why the Reapers are so cranky, they're just not getting any

I am apathetic and indifferent to this cause. If Bioware did do this, then I sure hope that it would come off in the right way. I don't exactly trust the writers right now though.

No. It is a matter that would be so impossible to convey properly without coming off as sleazy as hell. If it were too subtle, nobody would notice it without having some big to do (NOOKIE TIEM) before the final mission and... that is just -so- not Samara.

That only applies if you've actually been "unjust".
Otherwise, you get a rather touching, if heartbreaking, climax.
