By the by, because I'm bored and feel like adding a little something to my simple "no" earlier that really should suffice, I'd just like to point out that Samara is one of my absolute favorite characters in ME2 and I think she's smokingly, pants-explodingly hot. And I think she would be utterly ruined if she became a potential LI.
