Apparently people have her as early as the Redcliffe battle, which I did first thing since all signs kind of pointed to helping out the Arl, but I couldn't have missed that much. I talked to her at Ostagar and she didn't offer to join or anything. Where's she at after that?
When are you supposed ot get Wrynn?

You'll find her at the Circle tower. Go to the Calenhad Docks to reach it.

Correct.
It's also worth noting that when you reach Wynne, and have Morrigan in your party, be extremely careful what you select for dialogue options.

I prefer roleplaying over metagaming and picking what I know will work, but thanks for the advice. I was actually going to go to the circle last since I was supposed to go to some tower but there wasn't a tower near the boat, so I figured it just meant do the circle stuff later.

Apologies, FFTA, it was not my intent to influence your decisions. I am glad you have decided to play the game for yourself.

Pfft, that's not metagaming, that's common sense. In the red corner, uptight circle mage who has spent her entire long life despising apostate mages, and in the blue corner a young, stubborn, entirely unapologetic apostate lass who despises the chantry. That's just a disaster waiting to happen. Hmm, I think I'll try a tri-mage runthrough when I do end up going mage. Should be interesting.
