The toolset is telling me that Dragon Age is not installed on my computer. I had to manually install the game because there was an xml issue that was stopping me from being able to install the game using setup or autorun. Is there any way that I can install the toolset?

If you're on SP3 go into Add/Remove and uninstall "MSXML 6.0 SP2". If you can't then install this and do it - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
