I have made a custom merchant and placed him in his own area and shop and he works as intended, but for two problems I have issues. Armour sets do not give set bonus nor set icon and weapons with enchantment slots when bought the slots disappear, why is this? It would be good if someone could answer this now 2 month old question I keep asking. I have given up asking the devs as they do not seem to know the answer, does anyone know why this is happening?

I have a custom merchant which works fine with those features. Is it possible that your problem is the result of some other mods, such as 2da or script changes? You could try exporting your merchant to a new (and otherwise empty) module, perhaps.
