Insanity Soldier Run, lvl 10, trying to get the liara and Tali ally achievement therefor I haven't done any sidequests until yet.
Skills: Overkill, Singularity, Immunity, Adrenalin Burst, Shield Regen
I just cant defeat that guy, got Tali and Wrex in my Party. It's the end battle on Therum, right after freeing Liara.
I can defeat his Geth easily, but my whole Team full healed is no match against that sick bastard. He just rushes me (sometimes activeates barrier), and 2 hit kills me. My singularity and Wrex' Biotic abilities dont work on him, dont know why. I cant do anything against him. I cant shoot him long enough to get enough damage output. He just melees Wrex and Tali and then runs faster than me , which means that I can't outrun him.
What shall I do?

Lower the diff level. Seriously, that's the only thing you can do. Krogans have stupidly high health on Insanity, plus their regen. They take two shots from the Supergun (which does... what, 200k damage per shot?) to kill on Insanity. If you're only level 10, chances are that even if you had the skills, you don't have the gear to kill it.

It's the toughest fight in the game if you do it early. Use dot rounds so he doesn't regenerate, sometimes going into cover makes him stand and shotgun, which can still kill you pretty quickly. Position your squad away from you so he ping pongs between you and them. Sniper rifle hits can sometimes knock him down if his shields are down. It's possible, but tricky to run as he begins the rifle-butt animation out of his way. Do all these things and it will still be ridiculously hard.
That's actually pretty much what happened to me on my first fresh insanity run as a Soldier. I had a few levels on you when I hit that fight and it took me about an hour of attempts to clear it.
If you are playing on insanity for the achievement and doing it in parallel with the loyalty ones then consider this: beating the entire game doing just the main quests can be done in under 5 hours without too much trouble, if you go slowly, lets say 7. Doing enough quests for an ally achievement on insanity will easily take that much longer on top of a lower difficulty. Also you need to do a new game+ for the level 60 achievement, doing the insanity run with that will be a lot easier. Even doing a fresh insanity run a few more levels would make all the difference, Master Singularity and Master Immunity for example, which would be possible if you didn't need to get Liara before touching the citadel side quests.

Thanks for the help guys, was able to handle the situation on my own.
@Devos: You are right, but I wanted to pull a femshep trough for my next ME2 playtrough. And since I haven't the insanity Achievement yet and haven't done a soldier char yet, I thought I could do it that way. And simultaneously try to get the companion achievement.
I really had to try about 10 Times until I made it, and it only worked cause I could make the krogan glitch somehow in the middle of the room and I was able to quickly shoot and duck again.
Anyways, thanks for the help guys

Positioning yourself away from your squad is the key.
I always do this battle by running up to the little side nook. I don't know what you call it, but there's this large circular area, and then there's that nook off to one side, a little higher than the main area, that looks sort of like it's covered floor to cieling with blue bathroom tile, like the space that Liara was trapped in. There's a crate to use for cover. I run up there and kill the henchmen. Once they are dead and the krogan appears, I keep my squad stationed there, while I run over to the other wall - the right wall. The krogan _always_ charges my squad, leaving me free to attack him. He usually kills my squad and turns to come after me, but I back off into the large circular area and maintain as much distance as I can from him. It's hard, and I don't always win, but I usually can win within a couple or three tries.

That's the wimp way. Us real men will just headbutt the situation until it resolves, even if it takes 10 attempts. Once you figure out the mechanics of that particular fight, it's very doable though.

Headbutting a spike is stupid, not manly. Unless you're Wolverine.
