I was in the middle of downloading Warden's Keep when my game crashed. I restarted my computer and the game and I saw I had to buy it again. I contacted  ea customer support and they said "we are aware of the situation and are working on it."  I don't want to have to spend another 7 dollars to get the content. Is there a solution or I am out of luck?
