needless to say in the end don't all guys in 1 way or another wish to bang an alian chick just once for braging rights? Damn rights i would and who would be safer to do it wiht then a quarian? They are wearing bio suits not to mention they are prolly the most clean (when it comes to illnesses and other harmful crap like it), i just wish they showed as much as they did in the first ME for the "love" scene.

Many are the people who go all psycho-geek over interspecies intercourse. I find it highly amusing since Sci-Fi and indeed fantasy itself has had interspecies intercourse since it's inception. Many will be the fools who try to argue some true in real life thing, like we can't mate with primates, but none of them are willing to surrender themselves to the one inevitable truth: This is sci-fi and if the developers want it to happen it will.

If intercourse with other species weren't the least bit fascinating how would we get things like half-elves, half-orcs, etc... in fantasy? Or in shows like Farscape where Dargo fathered a half Sebastian son, need I even name all the half-breeds possible in Star Trek or Star Wars? People act like this is some brand-new completely original idea we are tossing around here. This idea has been present long before Captain James T. Kirk started fornicating with every species he ever laid eyes on.  It doesn't need to be possible in our reality to be done in Sci-Fi, that isn't our reality, it isn't even close.

I think they did that more so they wouldn't have to have 20 different sub-Asari's taking up the creature designers time. Anyway, if Asari can mate with ANYTHING, can't they mate with Animals, Plants and Bacteria?

Aliens that are human like, are pretty similar to humans of a different race and are naturally attractive. When the Aliens are less human is when you cross into the bestiality realm. Sexual Attraction is based on Physical, Intellectual and Emotional Attraction. While you may have Intellectual and Emotional Attraction to someone like Garrus, it is not normal to be physically attracted to him. Sexual Attraction without Physical Attraction cannot exist. If you disagree with me than answer these two questions.



1. Why aren't you gay? (I am sure that you are Intellectually and Emotionally "Attracted" to your same sex friends and even if you think they are good looking you are not Physically Attracted to them)



2. Would have sex with a Dog/Monkey/Cat if it had an IQ of over 100, could speak English, was of the opposite sex, and was your BFF? (While animals are cute, it is simply not their lack of "human-ness" or lack of intelligence that makes us not attracted to them. So isn't being Sexually Attracted to a non-human alien the same as being Sexually Attracted to an Anthropomorphic Animal?)

Not really.  The species barrier is a pretty hard one to surmount naturally, adding reverse chilarity in the case of Turians and Quarians would make it even mre difficult.  Opposed orientation genetics would either complely rewrite the intruding DNA, or ignore it and let the immune system kill it.

There might be a chance of allergic rejection, but it's be pretty minor.  Mordin really overstates the dangers.

humans got bored of mating with their own kind and decided that aliens were more interesting. besides, humans already know what other humans look like naked. never sure what an alien would look like naked.
